Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the person using the services, referred to as “you”, “your”, or the “player”, and NS2121, referred to as “NS2121”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. They apply to the NS2121 website, player accounts, casino games, live dealer products, sportsbook markets, esports markets, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support services.

Access to NS2121 is offered subject to international gaming licensing requirements and the laws that may apply where you are located. Malaysian users are responsible for understanding their local legal position before participating in online gambling. NS2121 does not represent that online gambling is authorised by the Malaysian Government or by any Malaysian regulatory authority.

Additional rules may apply to individual games, sports markets, bonuses, payment methods, or competitions. Those rules form part of this agreement. Where a specific product rule conflicts with a general clause in these Terms & Conditions, the specific product rule will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.

Words in the singular include the plural where the context requires. References to MYR or RM mean Malaysian Ringgit. References to written communication include notices displayed inside an NS2121 account or sent to the verified contact details associated with that account.

You may register with NS2121 only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Casino-style gambling on NS2121 is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. We may request documentary evidence of age at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any other time.

You must also confirm that:

• you are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person;
• you are not currently self-excluded from NS2121 and have not been instructed to stop gambling by a competent authority;
• the funds used on NS2121 belong to you and come from lawful sources;
• your use of NS2121 does not breach any law, regulation, court order, employment rule, or contractual restriction applicable to you; and
• you understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

All registration information supplied to NS2121 must be complete, current, and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, telephone number, and email address. You must promptly update any information that changes. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in verification delays, payment restrictions, account suspension, or closure.

NS2121 may conduct identity, age, source-of-funds, address, fraud-prevention, and payment-ownership checks. Typical KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, driver’s licence or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and a clear selfie holding the relevant identity document. Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours, although complex reviews may take longer.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device access, and authentication credentials. Do not disclose them to another person. Activity completed through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless you notified NS2121 promptly of suspected unauthorised access. NS2121 staff will never request your online banking password, card PIN, or one-time security code.

NS2121 may support deposits and withdrawals in MYR through payment channels such as Touch ’n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Available methods, transaction limits, processing times, and fees may vary according to account status, banking availability, payment-provider rules, and security requirements.

Deposits must be made from a bank account, card, e-wallet, or other payment facility held in your own name. Third-party payments may be rejected or returned. NS2121 may request proof that you own the payment method before accepting a deposit or processing a withdrawal.

NS2121 is not a bank or savings service. You must not deposit funds solely to transfer them between payment methods. Where an account shows little or no genuine gambling activity, NS2121 may require additional verification and may return funds to the original source.

A wager is accepted only when it has been recorded by NS2121 and confirmed in your account history. Displaying odds, a game, or a market does not guarantee that a wager will be accepted. You are responsible for checking the selected event, market, stake, odds, and potential return before confirming a bet.

Sports wagers on the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, football, and other events are settled using the official result recognised by NS2121 after the event. Later amendments, disciplinary decisions, or statistical corrections may not affect settlement unless the applicable market rule states otherwise. Abandoned, postponed, or interrupted events will be handled under the rules shown for that sport or market.

Casino and live dealer outcomes are determined by the relevant game system, certified random number generator, or table result. If there is a conflict between a device display and the verified server record, the server record will prevail. A clear technical malfunction may void affected play and return the valid stake where appropriate.

NS2121 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit rewards, cashback, free spins, esports promotions, referral incentives, or VIP benefits. Each promotion may have separate eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, maximum awards, wagering requirements, game weighting, expiry dates, and withdrawal limits.

Before accepting an offer, you should read its specific terms. Bonus funds are not equivalent to withdrawable cash until all stated requirements have been satisfied. Unless the promotion states otherwise, cancelled or expired bonus funds and winnings linked to those funds may be removed from the account.

Promotions are intended for genuine recreational use. NS2121 may withhold a bonus, remove promotional winnings, or restrict future offers if coordinated betting, duplicate accounts, opposite-side wagering, low-risk bonus conversion, identity sharing, or another form of promotional abuse is reasonably identified. Any deposited cash that is not connected to unlawful activity will be handled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not use NS2121 to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, payment abuse, identity theft, or any other unlawful act;
• use stolen funds, compromised payment credentials, or a payment method belonging to another person;
• collude with other players, manipulate markets, exploit software defects, or use automated systems where they are not expressly permitted;
• interfere with the website, security controls, game systems, data feeds, or normal operation of NS2121;
• create multiple accounts to obtain extra bonuses, bypass limits, or avoid a restriction or self-exclusion;
• harass support staff, publish unlawful material, or impersonate NS2121 or another person; or
• sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise allow another person to access your NS2121 account.

NS2121 may investigate activity that appears inconsistent with ordinary recreational play. During an investigation, affected funds or account functions may be temporarily restricted. We may use account records, device information, payment data, wager patterns, and verification documents when assessing potential misuse, subject to the NS2121 Privacy Policy.

Gambling should be treated as paid entertainment and never as a guaranteed way to make money. NS2121 provides tools that may include deposit limits, wagering limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Requests to apply a responsible gambling restriction will be handled as soon as reasonably practicable.

If you activate self-exclusion, you must not attempt to reopen an account, register a duplicate account, or ask another person to gamble on your behalf. NS2121 will take reasonable steps to identify and close accounts created to bypass an active exclusion, but you remain responsible for respecting the restriction.

You may request account closure through NS2121 customer support. Before closure is completed, pending wagers may remain valid and any eligible withdrawable balance will be processed after required verification and security checks. Closing an account does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

NS2121 may suspend, limit, or close an account where we reasonably suspect underage use, fraud, identity misuse, prohibited conduct, duplicate registration, payment disputes, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or a legal or licensing requirement. Where appropriate, NS2121 will explain the general reason for the action, although detailed security or fraud-detection information may be withheld.

Accounts that remain unused for a prolonged period may be classified as inactive. Before any inactivity fee is introduced or charged, NS2121 will provide notice through the registered contact details and state the applicable amount and timing. No fee will reduce a balance below zero.

NS2121 aims to provide a stable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, device problems, banking outages, cyber incidents, data-feed errors, or circumstances outside reasonable control may temporarily affect the services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NS2121 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including lost opportunities caused by an unavailable market or delayed payment service. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you believe a wager, payment, bonus, or account decision is incorrect, contact NS2121 support promptly and provide the relevant account information, transaction reference, wager ID, date, and a clear description of the issue. NS2121 will review server records and other available evidence. Complaints should normally be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted in accordance with the law and dispute framework associated with the international licensing context under which NS2121 operates, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Malaysian users remain responsible for obtaining independent advice about their local legal obligations.

NS2121 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, licensing, security, payment, product, or operational changes. Material updates will be published on this page and may also be communicated through an account notice. The effective date at the top of the document indicates when the current version applies.

Continued use of NS2121 after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a material change, you should stop using the services and request account closure. Terms that are intended to survive closure, including clauses concerning outstanding payments, investigations, intellectual property, liability, and disputes, will remain effective.
